I started working with Ben in March 2024 with the goal of losing a little weight and building some muscle definition ahead of my wedding in May 2025. I didn’t think my diet was particularly bad, and I was making the odd trip to the gym,but I knew I wanted to feel my absolute best on my big day.
But the most significant shift for me wasn’t just physical it was mental. Ben’s support, guidance and encouragement completely transformed the way I think about food, my body, and how I fuel it.
I’ve never felt restricted or hungry on Ben’s plans in fact, I’ve often been amazed at the portion sizes! The meals are genuinely delicious, and I still get to enjoy the foods I love, just with more balance and structure.
